EMDRIA is in the process of developing a new website! If you attended the general membership meeting at the 2009 EMDRIA Conference last month then you witnessed a sneak peek of the site!
We would love to have your input as we continue to develop the site. Please leave comments below regarding how we can make the EMDRIA website more functional and user-friendly!

Regarding the EMDRIA web site –
while not looking at all aspects of the site, I would suggest a more expanded schedule of Basic Training Sites. Currently only trainer’s names and states are provided. It would seem more effective if all Basic courses be listed:
Trainer’s name
Location of training
Date
Contact person(s)
As has been mentioned, more and more non-EMDRIA trainings are being marketed, I have had several participants in EMDRIA Approved Courses note that it was difficult to find approved courses.
So, just as Advanced Courses are listed, please consider inviting all trainer’s to submit their schedule to be listed in a section promoting the Basic Course

It sounds as if Roy Kiessling has a great suggestion and I second that. However, I have not seen the site. Can you make it available to members, here, so we can preview the proposed changes and offer suggestions? Thank you for rethinking the EMDRIA website.

Unfortunately we cannot make that available at this time, but we hope to in the future.

Thanks for your speedy response! Looking forward to your making the proposed website available to those who are now curious, such as I am. Can I request that EMDRIA staff sign their name or at the very least the department responding in the event we might like to contact that person, office, or department?
Thanks again,
